Methods and Application of Underground Survey

You will need to perform an underground survey to identify subsurface utilities when planning a construction project. We mainly use Electro-Magnetic Locators (EML) and Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) to perform on-site underground surveys. GPR is applicable in utility and rebar mapping, void detection, roadway/pavement/bridge inspection, verifying as-built information of concrete walls and floors and concrete slab analysis. Our specialists use EML in tracing metallic pipes and utility lines, drilling locations and clearing excavations.

Why use Glasgow Measured Underground Survey?

Glasgow Measured Survey offers various underground surveys to detect and locate subsurface utilities across Glasgow with techniques that yield detailed and precise underground conditions of your site before beginning construction. Mapping your construction site lowers health risks and increases safety. Cost adjustments and time spent on planning and design are also greatly reduced.
